Wait time was for ever. If I knew that I had to make my own pp and j I would never have of ordered it! And tuna was lacking to say the least.
I have dealt with 4 different Panera locations when setting up catering for business purposes on several occasions. Although the 3 other Panera locations provided excellent service and have the orders prepared appropriately, the Mashpee location has consistently failed to get an order correct. I strongly do NOT recommend this location for your catering needs and will not be using this location in the future. Very frustrating and disappointing.
