Inconsistent massages, and difficult to schedule. One guy was both a construction worker and a masseuse. His hands were like sandpaper... very unpleasant. They really need to invest more in retaining quality staff, and customer service... I have several unused monthly massages, because this is my closest location and I don't wish to go.
Great massage if u can get a appointment!! I've been canceled on twice in a month, booked my appointments weeks in advance only to recive a phone call telling my "therapist is no longer with us" (that in of it self is very unprofessional). Either get more staff or book less, im canceling my membership.
Please put actual prices on website. I just paid $40 more dollars than what I thought because of how the website presents the pricing. I live on an extremely tight budget and $40 might not sound like a lot you most but it is to me. That $40 was suppose to be for necessities for the month, I will be going without now because of improper pricing presentations on your website. Unfortunately I will not be returning because of this experience.
The manager at the mashpee commons has chose to neglect me as a customer. I canceled an appointment last Thursday and still received a charge on my card. I called on Saturday and left a message as no one answered. No one called me back. I called again later that day and the employee said “oh I think I heard that voicemail but can you remind me...” so clearly no one was intending to call me back. Instead of any of the employees helping me this past weekend I was told that the manager would call me Monday. I was ok with that and asked that I please be called back. Monday comes and no phone call. I call today extremely frustrated and again the manager is not there to talk to me. I finally get a call back hours later being interrogated by the manager. Saying that I was inappropriate to the employee when I was speaking out of frustration. He continued to say he is investigating my charge when there is nothing to investigate. I have worked in the service industry for over 10 years and never have I dealt with some employee that had no inclination to reassure the costumer that help was going to be given. Did not even apologize for no one calling me back. I am disgusted.
Called to schedule an appointment on Monday the receptionist was very unpleasant didn't even offer me any times. All I got was "yeah we are booked up for the day" I then asked for Wednesday she said no. And I said oh okay thank you and all I got was yeah bye. I will not be recommending them to anyone I know I will tell them to go to salon 700 in Hyannis. VERY friendly staff and VERY accommodating. I'd give a zero if I could.
