The hidden gem! I have traveled to the polar cave for years and feel it has the best ice cream that I have ever tasted. The frozen yogurts, well better than anybody else's ice cream. The best part is the cheerfulness of the staff and this comes from the owner Mark Lawrence. The staff is always cheerful and helpful. Oh did I mention that the freshly made cones are the best ever. If you need an ice cream cake for a special occasion this is the place. I hate bragging about the polar cave because more people Will come but I feel that I should share the best ice cream shop anywhere.
Fresh? They are right off the griddle and still warm. Ice cream is very good, lots of choices. "Bear" in mind, we were hungry and the weather was perfect. It was crowded but the lines moved quickly. I had a small and could "bearly" finish!
I can't think of a better Ice Cream parlour. Finest Kind.
Coming back from Pirates Cove mini golf, the kids wanted Ice Cream. Polar Cave was on the way and we were intrigued about the fresh waffle cones offered.
This ice cream is brilliant!! The creamy mountains of love in a fresh, warm waffle bowl(or cone) is a little piece of paradise. If you so desire, they offer a delightful array of toppings and beverages. A must go for any true connoisseur of delectable treats.
The children in the car were ready for a ice cream. We got to sit outside and enjoy the ice cream we had there. The staff there was so warm and friendly. The cones were homemade. And so yummy. We will come back. A,fun Time with my daughter and grand children and my sister too.
