Love this store
I am editing this review from it's original one star status. The short of the story is I was treated with intentional partiality (not the good kind) during a shopping experience. I left the store feeling like what did I do to deserve a different treatment than the shoppers around me. But after reaching out to the customer service of the Black Dog company they were more than apologetic. I am confident the company will do it's best to ensure their sales consultants recognize friendly & impartial service is vital for all who are willing to spend their money at their stores.
