I bought furniture at the Westboro facility. Very unhappy with delayed delivery. When couch and chair came in I was very disappointed in the quality. I had purchased furniture at Ethan Allen and should have purchased these pieces there as well due to the low quality of the fabric which I paid extra. The fabric is wrinkled, threads coming out of the seams which are uneven. The fabric does not hang well and does not look new. Very discouraging after I was looking forward to the pieces. The sales Girl was very nice, but the pieces are not.
The store is great and the service outstanding!! We’ve been shopping there for many years and our Salesgirl Nicole is fabulous!! Always very helpful and has an eye for design!

Love the furniture! I have a kitchen table I bought there TWENTY years ago when I first bought my house and it is still going strong. Still works with current decor styles too. Just bought a new batch of stuff and all went perfectly.
