Absolutely horrible behaviour from all the staff. When politely requesting a different hairdresser than the one assigned to me, we were told "She is the only one who can do it" despite there being 3 or 4 other women off work literally sitting around and one outside smoking. This alone is rude and shows what kind of drive they have for their work. Then when we asked the only hairdresser who could apparently do my hair, she told us "I'd rather not". Astonished by this kind of customer assistance, we made our way to the exit before having an argument with the woman at the counter who called my mother and I "rude". The only name out of the horrible women working that day that I recall is "Kathleen"
