This is a company that goes the extra mile. Everything from helping carry your items to your vehicle, special ordering an item if it's not carried in store, management personally delivering large items that were purchased in store- at no cost, the list goes on. The centralized location in the Deer Crossing Plaza is great, but I would definitely drive out of my way for this kind of service.
Employees were very friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond to accommodate me. I will definitely be returning to this store specifically for anything hardware store related because of how impressed I was with the customer service.
The store is stocked very well. You can always find someone to help you even for the most mundane things. I would rate this true value a 4 and a half out of five.
Very clean, very organized. Staff was eager to assist in every way, and very knowledgeable of their products. Those not assisting customers were taking care to clean the store and tend to the potted plants. A large variety to choose from, for all repair and building needs. Great for domestic, agricultural, and automotive projects.
As soon as you walk in the store, there is a friendly, knowledgeable employee there to assist you with whatever you need. You don't have to be an "expert". Just explain in your own terms and they will find a solution for your problem. They also offer a Veterans discount and are proud to do so.
