I feel badly, but was forced to change my PCP because of the horrible staff and the total lack of cleanliness in the waiting area. I had time to analyze everything that went on because I wasn't on my phone like a zombie the whole time. This is an office made for rotting cattle and should only be frequented by such.

I am battling a nasty infection and the staff at their Urgent Care facility was excellent. The wait was reasonable, the staff were helpful and patient with all of my questions and my nurse practitioner was excellent. She spent as much time as needed to discuss my condition, my meds and ways in which I can help myself feel better while the medicine took its course. If you/re not feeling well, this is this place :)

I got to my room and waited another 35 minutes to finally be seen by a fantastic doctor that really helped me.

I have a few health problems that I have had since I was a child so changing doctors is usually a nightmare for me. I found the doctors and the NP's very understanding. They actually listened to me and promptly took care of my issues and any new ones that came along. I have now been with them for 3 years and the treatment there has never changed. All of the staff is pleasant and understanding. I will definitely stay with them.

Visited last summer r/t dizzy spell accompanied by blurred vision. Was dxd several years ago with Temporal Arteritis and vision problems are a symptom of that extremely serious condition so I rushed to this health center as a walk-in patient.Woman at reception was quite pleasant and seemed to understand the seriousness of my condition. Was seen by a nurse practitioner who seemed stressed and out of sorts and frankly was rather brusque/borderline rude. Temporal Arteritis is not a very well known condition so I can excuse her for not knowing what I was talking about when I explained my fear of having a relapse. I requested she do blood tests that included ESR (erythrocytes sedimentation rate and CRP ( C-reactive protein) which could indicate a recurrence. Proceeded to have blood tests done in another area of the building. Staff there were very professional and friendly. Never occurred to me to ask them if these two tests I asked for were listed. They took several vials of blood. A few hours later I received a phone call from a doctor (at least he said he was a doctor) with the results of the blood tests assuring me that they were all normal. Asked him specific results for the ESR and CRP and guess what? She hadn't ordered both of them!! I could not believe my ears. That was the only reason I went to the clinic in the first place. Also he referred to her as Dr., which she was not, at least not according to her ID badge. Perhaps he didn't know. I have no idea but as an R.N., myself, if he did know who she was and her position, he misrepresented her by calling her a doctor. Nurse Practitioners are highly regarded as they should be and in many instances more thorough but this particular N.P. that I saw that day was negligent as far as I'm concerned. Maybe she was having a bad day as I stated she seemed rushed and anxious but we all have bad and anxious days. Doesn't give any of us the right to have an attitude with others especially in the healthcare field and certainly can't allow for negligent behavior which is what she exhibited that day. Someone else could/would have sued her. Went to another clinic and results were normal.

Apologies again to the doctors, I know THEY work hard. Don't let my username fool you, this is an actual review.

The chairs look older than god. They're dirty. Surprised I'm not sick from them. The waiting room artwork gave me nightmares. I sat in my disgusting chair for a good 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I got to hear all about some cackling hen's vacation plans and how great her life is. Apparently so great that they don't need to see their patients at the time of their appointment. The staff was rude and needs an attitude adjustment when speaking proper English to my family and I.

I just got hung up on by the women in referrals. Perhaps she was flustered by the fact that I actually asked questions about their process. Seriously...she hung up on me. Unprofessional!
