Called up to see about filling out paper work in the presence of an officer. Lady muttered something completely incomprehensible on the phone, then put me on hold for 2 minutes, after which I was disconnected. I called from another phone and received the same incomprehensible "greeting". When I finally got to ask if officers were on hand to oversee the signing of documents, she straight up told me to go to another police station and hung up. WOW
