Been coming here since i was born basically. I love this place. I learned how to swim here. I learned a lot of things here. Great place for a family vacation or even a weekend getaway.
The rooms were very clean. My mother stayed there for a few days and thought it was perfect for a short vacation. We went to the pool once so my kids could swim, and we all had a great time.
Getting shop worn, but great deal
I've been coming to Southcape Resort in Mashpee for nearly 20 years. They've done a decent job of maintaining and updating the units over time. It's a nice, comfortable location. The price is right for what you get...a nice play to stay with a good, working kitchen, laundry, fireplace and bathrooms. Overall I recommend staying here.
Comfortable, spacious, clean. High ceilings are nice. Friendly staff. Pool was very warm and fitness room was decent.
