Went for lunch with my husband and parents. I ordered the country fried chicken. Took 1 bite and noticed it didn't taste right cut another piece and noticed that there was Saran Wrap all fried in to my chicken the waitress was there and she took my plate away immediately. She didn't ask what I wanted to do she finally came back and asked me if I would like the same meal at that point I changed my order to a salad figuring that that would be safe and it was. the waitress offered me a free soup while I waited 20 minutes for my meal, when it finally did come out my family had completed theirs and I had to take my lunch home. They did take off that first meal off the bill but charged us for the salad. Wished that they would be more careful before they sent meals out! I will not be returning and my family won't be returning either.
Firstly, My phone in order was taken by a pleasant and helpful young lady. Then, on my arrival at the Designated Express Pick Up parking area, I was promptly greeted in a friendly manner by a young lady, who conformed my order and a short time later she brought my order and collected payment at the original estimated time that I was given on the phone. A very easy an pleasant experience all around. Thank You.
